Global aim
To discover the culture and specificity of respective countries
by examination of its problems and solutions in the matter of
communication
Target people
Disadventages people, students of first or second year comming
from small villages were they have not contact with new means
of communication, new technologies, with foreigners and foreigner
cultures.
Pedagogical aims
To give opportunity to those people to discover how to express
what they have to say. To make them discover another culture and
another ways of communication.
International dimension
Bilateral, inclouding revisit.
Pedagogical methods and means
- the work in two - national groups
- regular cooperation between teamers
- propsals comming from participants will be include in the programme

Contents and programme
- Discuss - to compare the media situation in Poland and ... in
general, the communication in regional and local level
- To examine the means of communication in respective Universities
- To find out what possibilities are offered by municipalities in
respective countries
- Visits:
-in information centres (tourist, municipal, students)
-in students hostels (how information works there)
-in local radio, press and television
- Decryptage in the city (for instance, one group will see how many
places and what kind of places are given to the information concerning
cultural life of the city, another group will find out where we
can find a foreign press, etc. )
