From the 7th to the 12th of december of 1998, the Cemea had organized a short term training session named "New communication technologies and education to the medias", in the context of the Youth for Europe program.Around twenty youth animators came from the thirteen European countries.
The new communication technologies are one of the most important European challenge ; their fast and uncontrolled development urge the necessity of a real education to the medias: their use and creation, their contribution to the ediucation field, to trainings and citizenship.
